It looks like a cute house. If that is the house you are wanting, I will pray that you get it. I bet it would be nice to have your own place again.
I think that it looks pretty good. The only downside is that it only has one bathroom. How does the inside look? Is there anything that you guys would have to do? How is the neighborhood? I like the porch!!!
Ok, so I didn't notice that there where more pictures. Now that I have looked at them, I like it even more. Love how the sun porch looks. Did it look that good in person? That yellow dining room is very bright!!! But, in all I think it looks good.
The inside doesn look pretty good. The people who decorated have a much more modern, contemporary taste than we do and it shows, but it's stuff I could live with - mostly cosmetic differences of taste. Charlie is much more severe of the look. he wants to change it as soon as we could. We would like to have another bathroom too. There is a toilet in the basement but we don't know if it works. It was kind of buried behind some stuff. We have talked about where we might be able to add at least another 1/2 bath and we think we could in a little mud room off the back door. We also would like it to have a garage. There is a place for one but we'd have to check with the city's building codes to see if we could build one in the future. We haven't decided for sure to make and offer yet. I think we might do a little more checking up on some things, but I really like it and the kids do too. Charlie seems to like it too but is being a little more reserved about it, probably trying to keep a level head about it. That's probably a good thing. I'll keep you posted on what we choose to do.
