This is a little stand on our patio. I should take a yard stick out and measure the amount. The little indents behind the stand is our steps going up to our next level of yard.
This is a tree on the side of the house but look at the car at the trunk of the tree. The grill is almost covered. Yes we have at least 14 inches of snow here. It has snowed more since this picture was taken. Chuck and I have cleaned the drive way once already today. The branches are hanging low and some of the neighbors bushes are broken down.
We were without power for 3 hours this morning. One thing I will do is pick up my kerosene heater when I go back to MI. We are glad that it was only 3 hours. We know that there will be no church tomorrow because of the roads around here. It stopped snowing around 2:50 pm

Woo hoo...definitely DO NOT miss that!
It has been raining here. We have had more rain in the last 5 weeks then we have had in the last 1 1/2 years we have lived here.
I think it's so funny that you, in the south, have been hit with more snow than us, up in the north. Haha!
